About the Service Director Role:
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be in charge of the development, continuous improvement and delivery of customer service and the strategic development of operational requirements, process and technology, to deliver key service outcomes for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new tools and technologies to better serve the customer
  • Drive quality and consistency
  • Improve NPS (net promoter score) – CSAT (customer satisfaction) or other customer metrics
  • Drive better sales through service

To succeed in this role, you must have strong strategic and customer focus with a clear understanding of the wider issues impacting the relevant market.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in a senior manager position in a related field
  • Influential relationships skills at all and able to use these relationships to deliver service improvements
  • Evidence of well-developed leadership skills
  • Automotive background is preferred
  • Must be fluent in English
