Requirements



  • Maximum age 40 years
  • Minimum education Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering, Architecture, or ME
  • Have a minimum of 5 years experience as a quality control in a property developer/contractor
  • Have competence in reading working drawings, understand material specifications, understand standards and work sequences
  • Honest, able to work under pressure, and likes to work in a team
  • Placement in Jakarta


Job Descriptions



  • Familiar with ISO9001 Procedures
  • Ensuring technical or non-technical coordination to all Project Internal Teams, Contractors and Suppliers in terms of quality and work plans.
  • Analyze and evaluate the quality control system that has been established and implemented to be reported to the Assistant Director.
  • Ensuring the Standards and Product Quality Control System that have been set are carried out properly by the Project Internal Team or also by Contractors and Suppliers
