Being centralized means that we serve Goto both locally and internationally. This means we have vendors from many countries with language barriers and untranslated documents in English.

Well, as one, Vendor Management Team, we have fun while trying to understand the differences that we face. There is always room to improve our process to meet one goal for our stakeholders to easily understand the process despite the barriers. The chances to leverage skills and competencies are always on the plate, as we are giving presentations to colleagues and vendors, explaining processes, monitoring the details, and being critical and providing analytics on it too. It is the whole package of opportunity to sharpen the Communication, Presentation, Analytics & Problem Solving, and Risk & Control skills. We respect and support each other, to become one solid team.
