About the Role :

  • Leading and managing Quality & Technical at the center (PD, Sample Room, PAD Development) and Technical team at LPS & LPW.
  • Reviewing work processes, standardize improved processes, creation of worksheets & knowhow manuals.
  • Ensure sample creation in accordance with the timeline and quality requested by the buyer.
  • Together with IEPD, MD and Technical team take care of TNA orders from inquiry to execution.
  • Ensure quality and technical can be achieved in bulk production.
  • Kaderisasi – sustainability in Development (Technical) area.
