  • Monitor all agents activities to meet the service level
  • Prepare daily reports on agents' activities
  • Coordinate with other department tp resolve customer complaints
  • Set agents' schedule to optimize productivity
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in related fields.
  • Computer literate of Ms. Office with intermediate-level skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent coordination skills.
  • Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
