Job Description

The purpose of this role is to provide account support and assistance in managing the client’s business, communication & digital strategy and to keep day to day activities running smoothly. Implements communication campaign, involve and creates plans, proposals, reports, creative briefs and other communication deliverables. Works collaboratively across the agency and within the Dentsu business to ensure clients receive the best integrated advertising agency and communications solutions for their business.

Works closely with managers and team leadership to help plan and execute external communications programmes
Assists in developing and executing comprehensive communications programmes to strategicially position the organisation in the marketplace
Helps manage external & internal party related with client project resources
Develops and maintains client expectation, client brief and manage internal working


Monitors competitor coverage


Writes creative brief, timeline, develop MOM meeting
Responds to inquiries from internal & external tream
