Engages in the Execution of engineering maintenance (PM, Breakdown) program designed to ensure uninterrupted production consistent with established standards.
Engages to comply with Quality System Requirements, ISO-13485, Schedule M, cGMP and FDA requirements.
Engages to comply with statutory and corporate requirements related to engineering.
Support for revision / creation of documents like SOP, Forms required for Engineering.
Utilizes Problem solving skills and statistical techniques to support product / processes controls that are aligned with the overall quality and business vision.
Planning and handling of maintenance resources (man, spares and schedule) to deliver quality assured output by monitoring, controlling and improving downtime and technical efficiencies.
Support Erection, commissioning and validation of process machinery as per requirements.

Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical & Instrumentation
Have 5-7 year’s related experience in the related fields
Have knowledge of electrical systems, engineering, automation, control Circuit designing, calibration and area classification for CME and requirements of Class 100000 for manufacturing process
Have knowledge of Engineering change control, Validation system for new equipment and for modification and removal of existing system.
Have planning, Negotiation, Time Management, and leadership skills
Have readiness for constructive change
