Job Description

Job Desk

  • Melakukan proses BPJS dari pendaftaran, perubahan data, & pergarsipan data BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan Karyawan Penguin
  • Melakukan Finger Print Karyawan baru
  • Mensupport HRD pusat di Jakarta dalam pengiriman data karyawan seperti Cuti, Lembur, Absensi Manual Karyawan, dan Biodata Karyawan Baru
  • Melakukan Updated data karyawan masuk dan resign
  • Membuat laporan karyawan secara periode
  • Mengurus pemesanan dan membagi seragam untuk karyawan
  • Melakukan Psikotest & Skoring test
  • Building maintenance, facility & general service
  • Memahami asset management & K3

Requirements:

  • Usia maksimal 30 Tahun
  • Pendidikan minimal S1 dari Semua Jurusan, Jurusan Psikologi lebih disukai
  • Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun dibidang yang sama / Freshgraduate diperbolehkan melamar
  • Memahami SOP BPJS, UU Ketenagakerjaan, & Psikotest
  • Mampu mengoperasikan komputer min Ms Office
  • Merupakan pribadi yang Inisiatif, inovatif, integritas, fleksibel, sabar, dan dapat bekerjasama secara individu maupun team
