Job Description
Key tasks and responsibilities
1. Responsible to manage all Wallet (eMoney) related services in Lazada which consists of creating acquisition and retention strategy for online payment channel, managing daily payment operation, managing payment channel and improving customer experience during payment process
2. Responsible to create strategy to build and enhance online payment channel in Lazada
3. Working together with external strategic Partner to build and expand business case to grow Lazada Business and online payment penetration inside Lazada
4. Working together with Lazada’s payment product team (cart, order and payment page) to ensure we offer best product solution to improve customer experience
5. Partnering with commercial categories and other department in Lazada for the mutual growth of Lazada Online Payment Channel
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
1. 4-5 year+ experience in relevant sector, payment, bank , tech, ecommerce , management consulting or corporate strategy
2. Graduate from local or foreign university, with degree in Business or Marketing would be an advantage
3. Good analytical skills, strong execution mindset, and great attention to details
4. Good communication and coordination skill to work with other teams.
To motivate the Front Office team in regarding of selling and up selling program.
