Job Description

Melakukan koordinasi untuk proses service unit kendaraan di area
Berkoordinasi terkait penanganan keluhan customer atas kendaraan
Melakukan kunjungan rutin ke customer untuk pengecekan kondisi kendaraan
Menangani administrasi pengiriman dan penarikan kendaraan
Berkoordinasi dengan bengkel dan vendor rekanan lainnya untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan service
di area

Max usia 35 tahun
Minimal pendidikan SMK/STM jurusan teknik otomotif
Memiliki pengalaman sebagai service advisor minimal 1 tahun/mekanik authorized dealer
minimal 2 tahun
Pengalaman dari perusahaan Rental mobil (lebih di sukai)
Menguasai Microsoft Office
Mampu mengendarai mobil dan memiliki SIM A
Berdomisili sesuai area yang di butuhkan (Medan, Palembang)
