Job Overview
. To ensure mass-production capability of Bake and Drypack System
. To ensure Bake and Drypack performance and achieve KPIs, in terms of cycle time, yield, through put etc.
. To pre-accept, release and maintain machines according to the specifications
. To ensure Uptime/To reduce unscheduled downtime of Bake and Drypack system
. To workout proposals and solutions to reduce spare parts and maintenance budget
Job Description
. Act as an interface and responsible for all bake drypack system topics with focus on maintenance
. Responsible for pre-acceptance and release machines including support in setup, fine tuning, sustaining and maintenance
. Support in assuring readiness of the machine according to specifications and execution of maintenance and calibration plan. Also, secondary responsible for process of bake drypack system
. Active support and execution of bake drypack system related trouble shooting, analysis and documentation of downtime root-cause (including all kind of equipment repair activities)
. Support and guide operators (as per Work Instruction) and execution of maintenance activities
. Adaption and extension of equipment according to engineering specification in alignment with responsible engineer
. Contact person for equipment suppliers and engineering as equipment owner for all issues including appointments, technical discussions and questions, delivery dates
. Support improvement activities: Actively cooperate in improvement projects, bring in suggestions to improve production KPIs, like CT/ Output, Yield/OEE, Budget/Cost, reduce failures (MTBF, MTTR, down times) and improve quality
. Support bake drypack system related documents: Work instructions, trouble-shooting guides, release and maintenance guideline, process FMEA, control plan, etc.
. To enhance cooperation in the simultaneous engineering teams, project teams, 8D team (also lead teams) and hold lots dispose
. Support spare parts management and ensure their availability
. Execute any other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time.
. Ability to work in production

Qualifications

. Minimum 3 years to 5 years working experience in the semiconductor industry, preferable at least 2 years of semiconductor device handling
. At least a bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering with semiconductor exposure
. Possess strong communication skills and able to transfer technical knowledge with various operations team members
. A detailed & accurate mindset person
. Able to perform technical analysis with the right problem-solving skills using Systematic Problem-Solving methodology e.g., Poka Yoke concept
. Candidate must be competent in mechanical, electrical and electronical skills
. Proficient to lead technical discussion together with equipment supplier and engineering team
. Capable to train technicians & instruct operators on how to fulfil their tasks
. Able to determine cost saving and quality improvement potential in the area
. Able to understand the correlations on quality, cost and delivery and derive cost saving measures
. Open for business trip and able to travel to China and Germany for training
