PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients, a Japanese Construction Company and they're looking for Project Manager position with requirements as below:

  • Have minimum 8 years of experience as Building Site Engineer or Project Manager in Construction Company
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Willing to relocate (All around Indonesia)
  • Have good communication in English
  • Able to join immediately

Job Description:


  • Progress management and adjustment *Project Manager should be able to manage the site even if the Japanese Managers are not at the site
  • Manage all workers at site
  • Quality and Safety management
  • Report to Japanese manager
  • Coordination work with each related division
  • Other work as needed
