With Supervisor & Acceleration Managers, build development schedule for Sales Associate

Help Sales Associate to understand majoo product, sales working process, & majoo culture

Monitoring & drive Sales Associate to meet their Daily working process target

Create Sales Associate Productivity and Achievement Report
Minimum Diploma Degree any field

Having experience in Software as a Service company (POS, online store, online food, etc) is a plus

Having experience Lead a Team minimum 1-2 years

Minimum 4-5 years experience as sales

Ables & Willing to Develop Team

Ables to Motivate, Lead a Team, & Work Calmly under pressure

Excellent Communication, Initiative, Enthusiasm, & 'People Skills'

Good planning & Organizational Skills
