Responsibilities
Preparing & executing Recruitment Activity conducted by Team Recruitment
Manage Recruitment Activity request from National Wide
Create Recruitment Activity code and manage reimbursement request
Working together with the Team (Agency Administration) to handle the request from Sales Team
Lead Life Club Program which aims to promote activation culture and drive new agent sales activity
Prepare Life Club Report
Prepare New Period Flyer and Flyer for Life Club Prudential Event
Create Video Promotional to support Motivational event and for Life Club Prudential Event
Operate webinar for Event/ Execute Offline Event
New agent productivity tracking
Recruitment workshop coordinator
New Agent activation event coordinator
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major form a reputable university
Minimum 3 Years experience in related field
Familiar with MS Office
Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Having a good communication, interpersonal skill and Presentation Skill
