  • Preparing & executing Recruitment Activity conducted by Team Recruitment
  • Manage Recruitment Activity request from National Wide
  • Create Recruitment Activity code and manage reimbursement request
  • Working together with the Team (Agency Administration) to handle the request from Sales Team
  • Lead Life Club Program which aims to promote activation culture and drive new agent sales activity
  • Prepare Life Club Report
  • Prepare New Period Flyer and Flyer for Life Club Prudential Event
  • Create Video Promotional to support Motivational event and for Life Club Prudential Event
  • Operate webinar for Event/ Execute Offline Event
  • New agent productivity tracking
  • Recruitment workshop coordinator
  • New Agent activation event coordinator
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major form a reputable university
  • Minimum 3 Years experience in related field
  • Familiar with MS Office
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Having a good communication, interpersonal skill and Presentation Skill
