Job Description

Drive all stages of creating Integrated Advertising Campaign (TV Commercials, Digital Video, Experience Design to Content Intellectual Properties) from concepting, developing to guiding execution for both MahakaX network and external Brand Partners

Produce a fresh and exciting Content Intellectual Properties (IPs) in collaboration with cross functional team including Creative Intelligence and Influencer/Creators team

Take ownership on supervising creative projects including shooting, photoshoot, design production and maintain the 'world-class' creative output

Be the 'Brand Ambassador' and 'Creative Role Model' of CreativeIntel in external events.
Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

7+ years experience in the Creative Agencies, Internal Creative Team or related company.

Strong portfolio in developing successful Integrated Advertising Campaign or Content for well known Brands. The master of Art and Design Direction. (CreativeIntel have a high standard on this point so make sure you only show the best of the best)

Passionate in building and designing an exciting, inspiring and persuasive presentation deck

Passionate in presenting and public speaking

Demonstrate leadership in driving the success of creative project

Fluidly collaborate and partner with cross functional creative directors, as well as broader marketing & business leadership.

Passionate to always learning new things, absorbing new trends, and improving personal capabilities that maintain a 'world class' standard of all CreativeIntel works.

Passionate in staying abreast of the latest trends, technologies, digital platform and creators ecosystem.

Preferred Qualification

Top portfolio with both local or International Creative Awards (Citra Pariwara, Spikes, Cannes, MMA, or other related awards)
