Minimum Bachelor Degree in engineering background is preferable
Minimum 10 years of total working experiences, with strong experience in large operation or production function for manufacture company
Good technical knowledge in overall plant operation management starting from raw materials management, HSE, budgeting & costing, product & process, design concept, quality management, etc
Excellent communication skills in English, good leadership skills, hard worker, dynamic and able to think analytically and strategically very well.
