About the role:
As a Business Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in developing and driving the services that Aspire offers to its clients.
What will you be doing?
Operate back-end processes of our tech platform, such as activating services for customers, process card requests from customers, invoicing of customers, etc.
Be responsible for a part of the business ops KPIs / metrics
Resolve problems with customer accounts
Interact with customers via phone or email
Liaise with different departments to solve issues
Refine operations processes and internal reporting tools
Work with the Operations team on daily activities and special projects
Bachelor's degree with outstanding academic records
Excellent command of English both verbal and written - English is main language used in the company and with clients
Min. 6 months internship or working experience
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, demanding environment - you are reliable and customers can count on you to do the job well
Can focus on a task and remain attentive to detail
Willing to learn and grow with the company - we’re growing fast!
Act as trusted liaison between the company and employees.
Assist in creating and executing strategic People Experience projects to enhance performance.
