<Job Responsibilities>
Responsible for the function of quality control and R&D as supervisor
Quality control
・Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues
・Monitor all operations that affect quality
・Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output
・Appraise customers’ requirements and complaint and make sure they are satisfied
・Report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action
・Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
・Coordinate with external and internal about quality
・Handle material outcome, income and process
・Other duties as assigned
R&D
・Make SOP of all process to make the product
・Make the standard formulation for all product
・Do trial related to product development (There will be trial tasting for the fool which Halal is not active yet)
・Do the scale-up production before execute on first production for new products
・Monitor the first production day for new product
・Make costing for new product
・Documentation related Halal
・Other duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor degree (Preferably bachelor related food or microbiology)
・Quality control and R&D experience in Food and Beverage industry for five years
・English conversational level up
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience of handling food which is related bacteria (such as Yogurt, Cheese...) as QC or R&D
