Job Description

Location: Indonesia Department: Marketing & Communications Location: Indonesia Job Description The Regional Commercial Strategy Insights - Marketing Solutions team is responsible for performance monitoring and steering as well as providing insights to develop the strategy of the Marketing Solutions business. As a Strategy & Insights Analyst within this team, you will be responsible for tracking the performance of the Marketing Solutions business across multiple metrics and verticals and deriving actionable insights through data products and solutions across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Performance Steering and Data Visualization
a. Determine KPIs and monitor the performance of the Marketing Solutions business
b. Provide actionable insights by identifying risks & discovering business opportunities for the Marketing Solutions Sales, Operations & Product teams
c. Design and build dashboards to track business performance, and predict potential issues before they arise

Data Analysis and Insights Generation
a. Work with management, operations team and product team to deep dive on the performance of advertising operations and products, generate insights, and drive business/product strategies
b. Build analytical models to identify operations/product opportunities to optimize performance
c. Initiate projects to generate insights on the behaviors of our consumers and advertisers to drive revenue growth
3. Data Project Management and Cross-team Collaboration
a. Manage the data roadmap for the operations team, and coordinate with the data product and data engineering teams to produce good business results


Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or Advertising/Marketing/Business Research/Product development
  • 3~5 years working experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, and Python (a plus)
  • Experienced in statistical analysis, A/B testing, and machine learning (a plus)
  • Experience in ecommerce or online advertising (e.x. PPC, Display and Affiliate advertising) industry is a plus
  • Result-driven and detail-orientated
