Responsibilities

Manage marketing and promotional activities to achieve business goal

Develop and implement marketing strategy, promotion tools and advertising plan

Responsible to maintain and manage brand awareness

Managing public relation activities, such as preparing the press release (both in English and Bahasa) and media relation

Prepare marketing plan for new product campaign

Monitor and analyze market trends

Conduct competitive analysis and share insight for business development

Managing strategic partnership
Qualifications

Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communication, Marketing Promotion or equivalent

Minimum 7+ years experience in marketing, preferably Manager specialized in Promotion/Marketing Communication in Retail / F&B Industry

Have experience of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies

Strong background in digital marketing as he/she need to analyze and manage activities in social media

Experience in advertising or public relation

Have strong networking with media, social network, strategic partners

Well organized and good interpersonal skills

Strong consumer insight and knowledge

Strong and proven leadership

Excellent presentation and communication skill

Fluent in English, both verbal and written

Posses good analytic and strategic thinking skills

Multitasking and willing to travel for duty
