Key Responsibilities :

Review application requirements and preparing test scenarios
Execute tests on application usability
Analyze test results on application impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.
Prepare reports on all aspects related to the application testing carried out and reporting to the design team
Interact with stakeholders to understand product requirements
Participate in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems
Work closely with the business stakeholders to fully understand the business process and requirements
Work closely with the business stakeholders and developers on issues related to design and requirements
Build and promote a positive working environment for the team within your areas as well as other business areas you will engage with
Ensure that projects are accurately estimated and delivered to schedule
Show flexibility to respond to the changing needs of the business
Creating documentation Work Instruction (User Guidance), Project Documentation
Understand the type of documentation (BRD, FSD, UAT)
Understanding the application lifecycle
Understanding development process

Requirements :

S1 System Information / S1 Information Technology.
1-2 Years' experience as IT QA & QC preferable from Retail Industry.
Have an interest in the field of instructional designer and business process analysis.
Creative, fast learner, never give up, and target oriented.
Having experience in the field of training or as an instructional designer is a plus.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, good teamwork and learning capability.
Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources.
