We are looking for Manager Product Portfolio, You will be partnering with commercial and consumer group in across Asia by collecting integrated information across the assigned brand portfolio to contribute to discussions on innovation on product, cost and portfolio

Your ‘day to day’

  • Lead the function’s technical capabilities in various commercial /brand forums
  • Keep abreast of the evolving capabilities, products and business environment
  • Lead collection of ideas at regular intervals to ensure the idea pipeline is healthy
  • Create idea pipeline and transfer to project pipeline and manage product innovation
  • Classify ideas based on product centric planning & organizing to better position the projects into the project pipeline to drive process efficiencies

Who we’re looking for:

  • Have a good project management skills
  • Have a good regulatory Requirements understanding
  • Tobacco Industry Acumen
  • Have knowledge of product lifecycle management
  • Have a good analytical skills, excellent communication- and stakeholder management skills
  • Manufacturing process knowledge.
