Job Description

Job Summary:

As Administrator for our office in Indonesia, you will perform clerical duties for the team and also working with our international team to achieve this. This will be related to our project and our internal affair in the company. You need to make sure the process run smoothly and efficiently.

Job Description:

  • Arranging incoming and outgoing mails from clients and other external parties
  • Sorting out all the Alight Indonesia office affairs
  • Dealing with Government Institution related with company’s registration and employment affairs
  • You will work together with our global HR & Finance team to perform administrative duties
  • If necessary, you will also help our project team to make sure the ongoing project run smoothly
  • Preparing documentation for any tender process and also ongoing project(s)
  • Responsible for the filing system of all documents
  • Other Ad Hoc Administration task and duties
  • With the current situation we are doing hybrid working, but if necessary you might need to go to government’s office, client or our office in Jakarta
