What You Will Do

Conduct operational training to internal user.
Setup, and configure multiple system used for internal business process.
Provide technical support and issue resolution, including via chat, e-mail, phone call or direct to site.
Ensure ticket support requests are resolved or escalated in a timely manner.
Develop a manual guideline and kept it current and accurate.
Collaborate and work closely to vendor or third-party system support.
Regularly conduct test and monitor function of the system.
Regularly performs system monitor and test, ensuring information is being properly processed and entered into multiple system.

What You Will Need

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information System, or Computer Science.
Preferable have working experience at least 1 year in the related field.
Good communication skills is a must.
Proficient in written and verbal communication in English.
Knowledge of how ERP, OMS, WMS, and CRM system works.
Willing to learn a new ERP, OMS, WMS, and CRM systems.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot system problems.
Good knowledge of API, Database, and Web development is a plus.
Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
