Job Description

Radya Labs is currently looking for a Project Manager who is able to lead the team in executing projects according to the plan to produce projects that are on time, on budget, and on scope. Assisted by the project management team at Radya Labs, the Project Manager is expected to carry out his responsibilities.

Requirement

  • Have good analytical skills, can understand how the flow of an IT system works
  • Have good interpersonal skills (Key: Communication, empathy, honest, and willing to learn)
  • Have knowledge of project management, waterfall and agile. Experience has applied to be preferred.
  • Able to do time management and work under pressure from others
  • Have accuracy, attention to detail, and do things data oriented
  • Have the ability to manage and determine the needs of members in the project team
  • Have experience min. 2 – 3 years in the same position and field
  • Willing to travel between Jakarta-Bandung

Academic History

  • Minimum Bachelor (S1) majoring in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
  • Have experience as a lead in a project team.
  • Having experience as a course assistant, lab assistant, or organizational experience is preferred
