What will you do?

Management and expansion of e-Commerce business within partner by Providing support for strategy development and sales performances
Examine category merchandising strategies of key competitors, and best-in-class online retailers, to understand emerging trends and promotional opportunities
Leverages merchandising tactics and strategies to drive basket and traffic growth on e-commerce channels while also maximizing overall e-commerce margin and profitability.
Monitor and manage customer journey in partner shops from search to check-out
Proactively seek opportunities to improve ecommerce strategies and tactics, enhance customer experience and maximize ROI
Understand end-to-end web journey technology and also good knowledge on Digital Marketing topic
Responsible for e-commerce business growth

Qualifications

Who would be successful?

Bachelor Degree of Marketing/Management with 2-4 years working experience in handling e-commerce especially Tokopedia and Shopee Official Store
Have good knowledge of the e-commerce space that includes digital marketing strategies and research, including industry trends and usability best practice
Understanding of all aspects of marketing and its link with the commercial strategy of the company (overall business process), and the day to day activities of marketing
Excellent communication and proven project management skills
Have good knowledge in digital landscape (International exposure would be advantage)
Advance skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a MUST
Fluent in English
