Job Description

  • Develop customer-related strategies and programs (customer service, service quality, customer relations, and service culture).
  • Perform service recovery for complaints that occur by following up on complaints to the relevant departments and ensuring that they are resolved.
  • Customer surveys which include distribution forms and data from customers, data analysis, and distribution of survey results to interested parties
  • Conduct program socialization and monitoring of the implementation of all customer relationship concepts in branches and the Head Office.
Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from any field with a GPA minimum of 3.00 to 4.00.
  • Fresh Graduate or having experience in customer service or related field.
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to speak English
  • Professional look
  • Placement in Jakarta Timur
