Job Description

RESPONSIBILITES
  • Answer phone inquiries, escalate the calls and provide basic company information
  • Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents
  • Monitor front desk and comply with all security procedures for visitors
  • Set up, break down, organize, and maintain conference rooms, training rooms, and meeting rooms (meeting room management)
  • Monitor the office cleaning & maintenance calendar
  • Other clerical task & Ad hoc activities
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to handle people tactfully and sensitively.
  • Able to work independently or team, manage multiple and often conflicting priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
