Job Description

Placement : Head Office ( Noble House, 33 th Floor, Mega Kuningan )
Working Hour : 8.30 – 5.00
Off day : Weekdays
Status : Permanent

Requirment :

  • Around 50 years old
  • Good command in English speaking and writing
  • Bachelor Degree from Law ( reputable University )
  • Over 10 years of experience working in Legal Department
  • Can operate Microsoft office program (word, excel, power point)
  • Wide range of knowledge of real estate and other laws
  • Has experience of working in property development

Job duties :

  • Overseeing the drafting of contracts and providing advice
  • Overseeing response to customer complaints and problem (including lawsuits)
  • Supervise compliance awareness activities
  • Examining legal risks in new business and devising means of implementation
  • Identifying new laws and regulations and considering their impact on business
