Job Description

HR Business Partner for Cikarang factory is responsible for building a positive and engaged work environment; facilitating a harmonious relationship with all internal & external stakeholders, setting up and executing people transition to new plant including building competency and capability of employees.


What we ask

  • University level
  • Prior experienced in employee relations in manufacturing/plant with >800 employees in Bekasi/Cikarang/Karawang are
  • Solid experience in dealing with internal & external stakeholders in the area
  • Hands-on, resilience, assertive, problem solving and professional communication
  • A role model and able to build/maintain relationships with cultural and ethical perspective
  • In depth knowledge of manpower regulation
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures, as well as Code of Business Conduct
  • Experience in HRBP and change Management
  • Understand Human Rights policy and practices
  • Able to work under pressure, perform in a complex and demanding environment, as well as dealing with ambiguity
  • Willing to be based in Cikarang

Vacancy description

  • Execute people transition to new plant smoothly, consider all relevant aspects of the transition including risk mitigation, update and consult relevant stakeholders regularly
  • Building and managing relationships with all stakeholders during & after transition to Cikarang plant
  • Investigating and resolving all industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Leading the change management, building competency and capability, creating and sustaining the winning culture in line and consistent with FFI core business values and objectives.
  • Handling people related issue, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders.
  • Collating and analyzing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and updating people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes.
  • Executing all HR programs and practices related to performance management, compensation, workforce planning/management, and talent management.
  • Assessing the needs of a business/organization, implement training and development plans in a timely manner, and facilitate a wide variety of development programs that enhance people capabilities, behavior and productivity
