  • Bachelor degree majoring in chemical / industrial engineering or equivalent
  • Have 5 years experiences in manufacturing company, preferable from paper industry
  • Have an experienced in continual improvement tools and methodology ; Lean, Six Sigma tools, 5S preferred
  • Strong project management and interpersonal soft skills
