Job Description This position for person who Technically able to Operate Lifting Planner Software which is a tools that able to provide justifications of Critical and Complex Lifting. Working under Supervision of SLCP and coach by Lifting Competent Superintendent this position is vital for every Lifting jobs.
This position also works together with Process engineer to develop and continuously improve the routine lifting practice’s SOP.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in heavy equipment movement, loading/unloading materials, offload/backload materials from/to vessel
  • Must have skill and knowledge in rigging works
  • Possess appropriate and valid Rigging Certification from Goverment
  • Have OPITO Stage 3 Certificate would be advantage

Job Description
  • Maintain the Lifting Planner software is up to date
  • Participate and proactive at pre-meeting for Complex / Heavy Lifting discussions.
  • Ensuring and preparation hazard analysis (JHA) for each activity to be undertaken
  • Provide advice and input to operational teams to making decisions of no-routine, critical and complexes (heavy lift) on behalf of the company
  • Provide the technical overview for Lifting Operations on all areas within the POSB regardless of operating function
  • Provide consideration & Establishing the technical requirements and endorsement of maintenance of regimes for Lifting Equipment.
  • Clearly delegated, defining actions and responsibilities to all personnel involved on lifting operation in terms of execution of the task for the team with acknowledge by Site Lifting and Operations Coordinators
  • Effectively communicate with relevant parties, including the client associates to execute lifting operation
  • Engage with Rigging Loft team in determining and providing Rigging and Lifting gear to be use
  • Observation of Rigging and lifting gear required by the operation team in carrying out lifting activities
  • Maintain a system for and managing a strategic continual improvement process in sites.
