Job Description

  • Manage and control project to be commissioned / handover.
  • Responsible for technical supports of projects.
  • Responsible to schedule the upcoming commission / handover project.
  • Responsible to ensure all equipments are on-time install as on schedule .
  • Coordinate with internal team to fulfill the project commission / handover target .
  • Coordinates, diagnoses and troubleshoots incoming end user requests. Provides technical support services to end users.
  • Building on your existing technical capabilities and regularly adding new skills and product knowledge to your toolkit.
  • Responsible to prepare monthly report regarding Technical activities and results.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years experience of system engineering or technical support
  • Have experience in Project Management, site work and control for introducing security system
  • Have experience in handling CCTV and Access Control system
  • Have knowledge regarding civil work and electrical is a must
  • Have a hands-on and good experience on handling AutoCAD
  • Enthusiasm for solving complex problems and learning new technologies
  • Fluent in English is a must and Japanese is an advantage
  • Able to work as a team member and an individual player
  • A strong sense of responsibility, patience in a pressure situation, and team spirit
