Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Keep record of all mails received using the computer system in a particular order to be able to identify date of receipt, where and whom it was sent to for easy identification;
  • Sort packages and group them into different categories for easy dispatch and safe handling;
  • Maintain stationery dashboard request and distributing to the employee;
  • Manage stock of office stationery and pantry supplies by performing monthly stock opname;
  • To assist in the ordering of stationery and pantry supplies;
  • Perform variety of administrative duties, which includes scanning, and documents filing.
Job Requirements:
  • D3 (Diploma) or Bachelor Degree in any fields with proven work experience as a Personal Assistant and Administrator or similar role;
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures;
  • Solid written and verbal English communication skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
