Responsibilities / Introduction

Supervise loading/offloading containers and loose cargo in the yard and in the Port, including stuffing and de stuffing of containers
Responsible for making sure that containers and lifting gears are approved for use and conduct visual inspection prior to use
Coordinate with offshore maintenance team to ensure that all returned materials are documented
Warehouse focal point for offshore materials and equipment requirement
Responsible for preparing shipment manifest for going offshore
Act as Shell's agent in the multiple interfaces required at the Port - e.g Port Control, Port Logistics, RLIC Security, other operations personnel, Ship Master, land transport, 3rd party/vendor transport

Requirement

Jetty Foreman must have sufficient knowledge of Shell standards to properly / reliably supervise HSE to our standards
Have the personal skills to be able to represent Shell in the port on a day to day basis
Have confidence required to stand firm to ensure that we are properly serviced in the port
Diploma in engineering with 10 years experience in the oil & gas industry, of which 5 years shall be in the oil & gas terminal related port operations.
Gulf experienced candidates are preferred.
Person with experience in logistic control also can be considered.
