Job Description

  • Handle operational tasks, such as client's account opening, deposit and withdrawal
  • Handle all social media channels and make reports
  • Maintain existing clients and provide best services
  • Do daily report
  • Handle complaints
  • Closely coordinate with CS supervisor and manager
  • Closely coordinate with business consultant teams
  • Support the internal team for events, promotions, etc.
  • Do other supporting duties if needed

  • Max. 30 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in Economic, Business Studies/Communication/Administration/Management/Linguistics or equivalent
  • Required language(s): Indonesian, English (must have good writing, reading, listening and speaking skills), Mandarin will be a plus point
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Required skill (s): Exquisite communication skill, Microsoft Office, Excellent English, Indonesian
  • Preferably staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Marketing – others or equivalent
  • Can-do attitude, independent, great team player, adaptive
  • Willing to work on shifts
