Job Description

Process accounts receivale transaction (online / offline channels, B2B)

Manage collection of AR Outstanding

Perform account receivable analysis and evaluation for AR provision

Prepare cash receipts / invoice for processing

Perform account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner

Provide support for internal and external audits
At minimum, an associate's degree in Accounting or related field

Min. 3 years experience of working in Finance / Accounting / Account Receivable Function

High degree of familiarity with accounts receivables functions

Excellent experience with accounting software (SAP / Oracle / Ms.Dynamics AX)

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoints)

Knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles

Strong attention to detail with a dedication of accuracy

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
