Job Responsibilities
Follow up complain and question related to IT quickly for ensure user IT problem can be identified and resolve properly.
Monitoring handling process assistance related to IT issue, and ensure every demand have been handled, so there are no further complaints from user related to IT problem.
Receiving and incoming document from IT Dept, and ensure the document suitable with receiver.
Searching vendor, monitoring, and receiving IT goods, and ensure the goods suitable with specification and making purchase request.
Doing administration on IT operational activities: project, SOP, Work Instruction, Forms and support development plan activities so the IT operational activities in accordance to the plan budget and project schedule.
Monitoring administration activities: licenses, bills, contract, incoming and outcoming letter, etc for supporting operational activities.
Coordinate with IT Adaro Energy in terms of server access and create email address for new user in accordance with the policies in Adaro Group.
Accomodating computers or laptops need, from ordering, installation and management in accordance with user needs for supporting company activities.
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering or Computer Engineering
Minimum 2 years of working experience in Helpdesk or Network Engineer
Advance skill in hardware management, problem solving, office administration and IT infrastructure management
Good communication, influencing skill and interpersonal skill
Good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making
Willing to be place in Head Office, South Jakarta
