Job Descriptions:

Carry out marketing activities and be responsible for commercial areas including rental of public areas and promotional media
Monitor and ensure lease processes are within the determined timeline
Make administrative reports, lease agreements, leasable area revenues, leasing common area and promotion media in strategic places inside or outside the buildings according to SOP
Monitor / supervise the implementation of leasing & promotion activities according to the budget and work system
Maintain good relations with parties related to leasing activities, provide alternative solutions or problem solving

Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Management / Communication
Minimum 5 years of working experience as Lease in office buildings, shopping centre/retail industry
Have a deep understanding of marketing strategies (in office buildings) and know how to implement them
Able to work in a team and independently, able to maintain good quality output under deadline pressure
Able to complete complex administrative task with minimal supervision
Actively contribute idea to enhance team performance
Excellent in selling / leasing skills, communication skills, negotiation skills and target oriented
Have a high responsibility and discipline
High initiative, self-motivated and hard working
Computer literacy (Ms. Office)
Willing to be placed in Thamrin – Jakarta
