Job Description

  • Develop, maintain and improve policies and procedures for implementation of IT Project and IT Operation.
  • Monitor and control compliance to the defined policies and procedures.and performance of business operation processes.
  • Coordinate quality improvement program.
  • Liaising with external parties on matters relating to company’s quality management system.
  • Manage end to end of all audit activities both external and internal audit, also as the internal auditor.
  • Coordinate follow up the audit result, support its analysis to define corrective/preventive action.
  • Contribute in corporate planning to define, monitor and control yearly company objective.
  • Proactively learn and utilize new concepts and procedures as appropriate to company requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum graduated from reputable university, Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Science.
  • Have understanding on SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
  • Have experience in Process Quality Assurance of IT Operation and/or IT Project.
  • Have experience of corporate planning and performance analysis.
  • Have knowledge on IT Service Management, Project Management, Problem solving and analysis.
  • Have good communication, interpersonal skill, and english proficient (written and oral)
  • Have good MS Office skill sets.
