Job Description

Responsibility:

  • Monitor proses kerja tim dan membantu anggota tim dalam kasus yang sulit (hard complain)
  • Berkoordinasi dengan pihak terkait untuk kelancaran kegiatan agent call center
  • Bertanggung jawab atas target
  • Menyusun program pengembangan (development) tim
  • Menganalisa pencapaian harian dan bulanan tim

Requirements:

  • Minimal S1 semua jurusan
  • Memiliki skill leadership yang baik
  • Dapat membuat report bulanan/mingguan
  • Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman sebagai SPV atau 5 tahun sebagai Team Leader Call Center
  • Terbiasa dengan sistem kerja target
  • Bersedia bekerja shifting/bekerja di hari Sabtu
  • Dapat mengoperasikan komputer

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

  • S1 (Preferred)
