Bachelor degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/any relevant fields
Having minimum 4 years in IT Infrastructure
Having experience working in General Insurance companies before would be a plus
Having strong knowledge on Data Center
Having strong knowledge in firewall and bandwidth management
Having strong knowledge in PABX and VoIP
Having knowledge in Networking
Skilled in Microsoft and Linux server operations
Skilled in router and switch configuration
Skilled in Email Server, Zimbra
Having CCNA certifications
Having good communications skill in English both written and spoke Tanggung Jawab

Job Description:

Monitoring and controlling team’s work over users’ requests as per the SLA and to meet the team’s KPI
Monitoring and controlling Backup Routine, Hardware Configuration Restore, as well as Network, including the security
Monitoring and controlling Email availability, as well as its security
Providing consults, suggestions, and recommendation for the development of Infrastructure and Network to increase productivity and reduce operational budget
Monitoring and controlling the whole process of IT Asset Documentation and Management, including the maintenance and security
Analyze audit results to provide solutions and create action plan, to be implemented accordingly
