Position: HR Associate (Indonesia)
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in HR Operations/generalist role in Indonesia
Nationality: Indonesian
Salary Range: TBD
Work hours: 10 hours per month
Key Responsibilities:
This role is primarily responsible for all HR related activities in Indonesia and reports to the HR Manager (Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia).
Support all HR activities for the country like managing the life cycle of the employees from on boarding/ Joining activities, induction to separation Work closely with HR Shared Services, HR Manager, APAC HRBP/Advisor in driving HR projects/ initiatives as required Advocate, champion communicate and update HR Policies & practices for Indonesia Support Employee Engagement initiatives for the employees Ensuring proper documentation and compliance of employee records for all employees Responsible for supporting recruitment process related activities
