Job description:

  • Develop & lead the strategies implementation to enable our plans for growth.
  • Research business opportunities and new revenue streams, and develop business proposals around opportunities for Executive where required
  • Support decision making through providing analysis, insight and commentary on product, competitor pricing, market and offers as well as the impact on the profitability to our customers and business
  • Proactively and collaboratively work across the Company to determine strategies that can effectively be used as a lever to grow revenue, customer database, and improve profit for the organization

Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or any related field
  • At least 5 years of working experience and 3 years in strategic growth or business development
  • Experience driving growth strategies, frameworks, etc. — from framing a business opportunity to supporting the execution
  • Relationship building skills and comfort interacting with client stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of industry trends, challenges and opportunities (especially in retail, fashion, or eyewear).
  • Data driven and strong analytical skills with proficiency in excel, spreadsheet, or SQL is an advantage
