Job Description

Position Job Scope including, but not limited to:

  • Contacting supplier for stock readiness and price confirmation, esp. FMCG (variaous discount applied over time)
  • Sense Check required PO numbers based on template suggestion
  • Place PO
  • Ensure smooth receiving up to GR Process
  • Following up on Rafaksi/Rebates for FMCG/Stapples Supplier
  • Manual confirmation for Stock Allocation: Promo Tokonow, B2B, Marketing
  • Analysis: Availability Review

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Top University
  • 1-2 years work experience
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, preferably from majors with supply chain management (i.e Industrial Engineering)
  • Growth mindset & able to quickly grasp Sayurbox's business flow
