Our organization, headquartered in Singapore, is invested in building a real-time payment and transfer network which will be accessible via the Open API platform. The platform enables consumers, banks, merchants, and merchant aggregators to avail a new low cost, user-friendly, and secure payment mechanism, realizing P2P and P2M payments, B2B collections and fund transfers, access to credit and other value-added services. Ecommerce businesses can create customer centric applications by using our Open APIs, available not only for payments and transfers but also for accessing meaningful customer insights developed by our intelligent algorithms sifting through ever increasing transactional data. Our own mobile apps for merchants and customers are testimonies to the potential of our platform.

The platform architecture is constantly evolving to keep up with our fastest growing payment network capable of handling billions of transactions per day, helping us achieve our goal of connecting everybody everywhere with basic financial services. We are currently focusing on launching our services in Indonesia in 2022, but would eventually be expanding in other Asian countries, including Singapore and India.

Who are we looking for?

For the role, we are hiring professionals for our Excellence Center based in Jakarta. As a Operations Support Officer , you will play a key role in driving organization’s growth with your expertise in the business processes that are assigned to you to adapt, implement and improve. You ensure the desired and defined metrics to measure the effectiveness of the processes are adhered to, collect this data and provide to a variety of stakeholders for further analysis, maintain a good relationship with internal and external entities involved in the business process. You will ensure that all issues, weaknesses, and complexities with the processes are resolved with good communication with minimum escalations.

What will you do?

In this role, you will execute the Customer Service/Support operations while ensuring that:

Manage customer queries/ complaints/ requests/ disputes across multiple channels (inbound, outbound, chat, email, etc.) to adhere to various desired KPIs/metrics

Build sustainable relationship with customers and be their trusted advisor

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customer timely using right tools/channels

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies keeping your distinct style intact

Ensure issues are escalated timely to achieve maximum customer satisfaction

Ensure all documentation and records are created and maintained for all interactions

Play an integral role in showcasing Indepay as consumer-friendly organization and best service provider

Provide insight to management on the offerings through publishing dashboard of the queries, feedback and complaints periodically

Ensure highest standards of customer communication & services

Continuously update yourself with new products and services that are rolled out

What do you have?

For the role, we are hiring professionals who are performing at an exceptional high level in their current profile

Graduate from premier University with experience in handling customers through remote channels like telephone, email, observing the defined SLAs and processes.

Background in a startup and/or a product company is preferable.

Have decent expertise on MS Office suite

Is energetic and work well under pressure & willing to work at odd hours

Has excellent communication skills and have an ability to impact and influence.

Has excellent problem solving and analytical skills and can think outside the box to proactively provide the right solution.

Has a keen eye for details

Is independent, self-motivated and a fast learner.
