Job Purpose:
Jr Technical Support position is responsible for supporting the customer care team & other functions through digital systems and technology in handling customer problems
Job Descriptions:
1. Monitoring & following up the issues from the Salesforce Dashboard (Customer Care ticketing system)
2. Monitoring the flight transaction dashboard
3. Monitoring and follow up the alerts notification when problems occur when ticket bookings are failed to issued
4. Support the QA team to do the system testing
5. Support the relevant function to do the checking for any technical issue related to ticketing
6. Assist the process of disseminating information (E.g. Email blast or WhatsApp blast) to the customers due to any changes in the Event (To do)
7. Support the related function/team to inject the Tiket Points based on ongoing program/projects
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelor degree, preferable from Computer Science/Information Technology
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same scope
3. Familiar with programming system such as MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc
4. Willing to work on shift mode
5. Ability to interact, communicate and collaborate effectively
6. Customer oriented mindset
7. Critical thinker and problem solver
8. Good organizational and time-management skills
9. Have willingness to learn and grow
Report directly to department's supervisor, this role related to the logistics of raw materials, finished products and parts.
