Responsibility :
Organizing events starting from creating creative event concepts, leading discussions/brainstorming, preparing Budget Plan (RAB) Events, and ensuring events run according to concepts in order to support the achievement of revenue events as well as brand activation and Kompas readership.
Job Description :
Planning and compiling the concept and schedule of event activities.
Prepare improvement recommendations based on evaluation results.
Prepare a Budget Plan (RAB) based on the concept of the event.
Coordinate with the Executor team, Sales and Marketing team for event execution.
Maintain good relationships with clients to create good cooperation, loyalty, and customer satisfaction (inside or outside Kompas)
Minimum Qualification :
Bachelor Degree in any fields (Communication or Management Marketing are preferably)
Minimal 1 year working experience in related field (event organizing in band industry or agency are preferably)
Requirements :
Good knowledge about the concept of event organizing and advertising licensing
Able to evaluate and compile reports on the implementation of events
