To support our mission, mClinica is hiring for an HR Recruitment Internship. We are looking for a highly ambitious, dynamic individual who has the drive to excel. At mClinica, people who take initiative and ownership are rewarded significantly.
Your Role:

In charge of arranging recruitment in Indonesia.
Work closely with HR Recruiter Team to ensure hiring requirements are met.
Post job vacancies on job portals and conduct an initial screening.
Schedule interviews with the recruiter in charge and hiring managers.
General administration duties.

Your Qualification:

Third year or final year student in Psychology or any related field.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa is required.
Having basic recruitment knowledge.
Having HR or related certification is preferred.
Can work in a fast-paced environment.
Goal-oriented and analytical thinker.
Can do at least 3 months internship & join immediately.
