Job Description:

Create and design a training program for new sellers to achieve strong the foundation of commercial and operational knowledge in Shopee platform
Understand and identify new seller’s ambitions and needs, as well as execute relevant strategies
Own training materials and communication channels to sellers in the program
Plan and execute initiatives to solve new sellers’ problems through education & training
Identify improvement opportunities, create an execution plan and implement process improvement changes
Collaborate with related stakeholders to ensure smooth incubation program delivery

Requirements:

3 - 4 years of proven working experiences in project management roles or related field
Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university
Able to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders
Good communication skills and strong stakeholder management
Self-driven with strong business acumen and interest in accelerating growth
Experience in setting up and conducting extensive technical training and content
Strong analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers
Previous work experience in the areas of education platform/training will be an advantage
